 Draw of lots will be held at the technical meeting.

• • • According individual agreements
      

• • • Round-robin tournament - 9 rounds
    • Time control: 90 min/40 moves + 30 min for the rest of the game with an increment of 30 sec per move starting from move 1. Expected duration of one round - about 5 hours
    • The tournament shall be played according to FIDE regulations 
    • The games cannot be postponed, or delayed. 
    • Being late for the round of more than 30 minutes means loss by default. 
    • Draw before completing 30 moves by both players shall be regarded as double-sided loss, unless a threefold repetition of position occurs. 

• • • Players and coaches are required to attend the opening and closing ceremonies of the tournament, and to adhere to the dress code.
