- Scheveningen system tournament - 4 rounds x2 ( classic and rapid chess match)
- The time limit:
- classic chess: 40 moves /90 min + 30 min. for the remaining moves. From move 1 30 sec. will be added after each move. Expected duration of one round - about 5 hours
- rapid chess: 10 min + 5 sec. after aech move. Expected duration of one round - about 35 minutes.
- The tournament shall be played according to FIDE regulations
- The games can not be postponed, or delayed.
- Late in the round of more than 15 minutes means loss.
- Draw before 40 moves of the game (and absence of three-fold repetition) will be interpreted as double-sided loss.
